I don’t have this problem with MS Surfacebook and Windows. Has anyone else found a different solution? Thank you. Rest your mouse pointer near the bottom of the Zoom window – the controls will appear. Toward the left corner of the window you’ll see icons for a microphone and a video camera.

If either of those have a red line through them, that means they’re muted. Just click to unmute. In Zoom meetings with many participants, the presenter will sometimes ask participants to mute their video, since all those little video screens use a lot of bandwidth, and that can interfere with the presentation.
